Functional Nordic Design, built to last
Creadeck designs modular furniture and spatial solutions that bring clarity, warmth and coziness to public interiors. Our inspiration comes from Nordic simplicity, conversations with interior architects and the factory floor where ideas become real through skilled hands, precise tools and responsible production.
Founded in Helsinki Finland by Jukka Niskanen and Timo Niskanen, Creadeck is built on a shared vision: furniture that is adaptable, sustainable and made to endure. By working closely with interior designers and trusted partners across Europe, we continue to shape a collection that is understated, practical and always grounded in real needs.
CLARITY, SIMPLICITY AND MODULARITY
The name Creadeck reflects our philosophy. It is a platform for creativity. Our collection is a creative foundation where interior architects and designers can build inspiring spaces.
We work closely with selected European manufacturers, alongside engineers, material specialists and upholsterers. This ensures that every joint, angle and surface stays true to the original design intent.
Our approach is holistic. A deep understanding of wood, upholstery materials and contemporary production techniques allows us to create pieces that are clear in purpose, functional and efficient to produce.
The result is a flexible collection for public interiors. Modular tables, seating and partitions that respond to the dynamic rhythms of real spaces.
DESIGN FOR REAL SPACES
For head of design Timo Niskanen, form grows from function, materials and honest construction. Aesthetic minimalism is not only a stylistic choice. It is the natural outcome of thoughtful engineering and Nordic practicality. Our designs begin with user needs and architecture. Modularity, reconfigurability, long life cycles and strong compatibility across product families shape every decision.
Even when the design process is complex, the result remains calm and simple. When furniture is functional and durable, it does not need decoration. Beauty follows logic. Many of our products have been born directly from conversations with interior designers.
SUSTAINABILITY AS A CORE PRINCIPLE
For Creadeck, sustainability is a guiding mindset rather than a checklist. We believe furniture should last in both structure and appearance, be produced with care, and serve for generations.
Our design philosophy is rooted in timeless aesthetics and high structural quality, ensuring that our furniture withstands demanding use year after year. Creadeck is committed to continuous improvement as part of the EcoCompass environmental management system. We identify the environmental impacts of our operations and take an active role in developing responsibility within our supply chain, from raw material sourcing and manufacturing to logistics and installation.
We actively work to reduce our environmental impact and provide our customers with transparent information about the sustainability of materials. For us, environmental responsibility means considering the entire lifecycle of a product: we offer repair services for our furniture to ensure the longest possible lifespan. In this way, we are building an open and measurable path toward more environmentally responsible public construction.
BUILDING CREADECK
Creadeck began when two founders, one with extensive experience in the furniture industry and sales and the other in design and branding, decided to build something new. A company that respects wood, embraces Nordic identity and values flexibility. Furniture that can be adjusted, scaled and tailored together with interior architects.
From our early prototypes to our expanding collection, the aim has stayed the same. Create furniture that solves real problems, supports modern public spaces and stands the test of time.
